In a life threatening emergency, call 911 first. OneSur sends your report to your local disaster office, and it works alongside the national emergency number, not instead of it.

OneSur app (residents)
- Where it works. Reports go to the disaster office of the LGU you are in. Outside a covered LGU the app says so, shows the nearest covered town, and offers a button to call 911.
- Location. Allow location when the app asks, so the office can find you. You can also move the pin yourself.
- Mobile number. We text a one time code to confirm it. If the code does not arrive, wait a minute and tap Resend.
- Notifications. Turn them on to hear when the office receives your report and when help is on the way.
OneSur Responder app (office staff)
- Accounts. Your disaster office creates your account. For a new password, ask your office administrator.
- Alerts. Allow notifications, and on Android allow full screen alerts, so a new call rings even when the phone is locked.
- Location. Choose "Always allow" so the office can see you approaching the scene while the phone is in your pocket. It is only shared while you are on a call.
